DHS School Counseling and Clinical Team

The DHS School Counseling and Clinical Team consists of four full-time school psychologists, four full-time school counselors, and one full-time career counselor.

Dr. Ashley Dube, PsyD, NCSP, LEP

PreK-12 Director of Counseling and Clinical Services

Dr. Ashley Dubé, PsyD, NCSP, LEP is a Licensed School and Educational Psychologist. She earned her BS degree from the University of Rochester where she played collegiate soccer, MS/CAGS from Northeastern University, and her PsyD from William James College. Dr. Dubé has been the Director of Counseling and Psychological Services (PreK-12) for the Dedham Public Schools since 2017.

Dr. Dubé was a member of the adjunct faculty at Northeastern University from 2016-2018 and taught the MS/CAGS and PhD clinical/counseling course sequence in the Counseling and Applied Educational Psychology Department. Her fieldwork and employment experiences include the public schools, college outpatient settings, and a therapeutic day school affiliated with Harvard Medical School.

She provides clinical consultation and training to local school districts through her partnership with Teachers21/William James College, Educational Leadership Institute (ELI), and Boston College School of Social Work. She is trained in the Modular Approach to Therapy for Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Conduct (MATCH-ADTC) through the Baker Center, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.
