DHS Winter Sports Registration - November 18th Deadline!

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
For students interested in playing WINTER sports at Dedham High School.
All registrations must be completed by Wednesday, November 18th at 11:55 PM
To register to play a Winter sport:

Online payment for Winter Athletic fees (as voted by Dedham School Committee):
- $175 for Basketball, Indoor Track, Swim & Dive, and Wrestling
- $275 for Ice Hockey
All students MUST turn in a copy of their most recent physical to the NURSE'S OFFICE before the first day of practice. Physicals are valid for 13 months from the exam date. Students with expired physicals may not participate in practices or games until they submit a new physical.
Physicals can be brought to the DHS main office, emailed to the school nurse: hsnurses@dedham.k12.ma.us, submitted via SNAP or faxed to the Main Office Fax# 781-320-8126
Once you've completed the Form on Arbiter:
MAKE SURE TO HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON AT THE END TO CONFIRM THE REGISTRATION
